App is not working. endless loop of authrisation. I’ll stick with the website.

What use is an app if it won’t let you register? Hopefully the insurance cover is better than the app!

Horrible app!
2007 called – they want their password policy back! When neither 1Password or Apple passwords can generate a password you’re happy with, then you’re probably the ones who don’t have a clue! Anyway, I changed it on the website and still couldn’t login. Now deleted. Thanks for wasting my time!
Confusing app with limited options
This app lacks functionality to be able to easily view and see insurance across pet, travel and car insurance and is confusing why it doesn’t have it with the poor design and intuition

Every time I try to register it errors, despite deleting and reinstalling- I’ve given up, I wish I had renewed with someone who’s app works

Can’t believe they even make it difficult to register for an app . Constantly declining to use the passwords and the ope expiring . This really lets their service down

“We are a big insurance company fleecing the public so we must have an APP” … who cares if it actually has any functionality?
Really Bad
This app never wants to open up, have tried nay on 20 times and just hangs without loading.
Quite good
Nice app for checking insurance details, updating personal details and even getting quotes. What is most frustrating though is that it keep logging you out and doesn’t save your login details. So I spend alot of time having to re-input my login details. Very annoying!

Four days after taking out insurance still no paperwork available. App constantly asks you to login with passwords etc. needs major overhaul

Trying to access policy docs etc is just white screen empty. Mobile website doesn’t work either

Rubbish
Repeatedly asks for PIN when FaceID has been set up, some links in the app take you to their website and ask you to login which is frustrating.
Might be unrelated as it’s the LittleBox but the telemetrics are awful; I’ve had 31 clean drives and have a 56/100 score that isn’t improving. App doesn’t tell you anything about how you’re driving.
