Completely non functional… the app gets to “generating agreement” and spins forever. This is also a thinly veiled email capture for adobe.

Login is impossible
Trying to login with a google workspace account, but the app says it doesn’t support hardware 2fa tokens. Works on a desktop browser. This app is worthless.

Having downloaded on phone, again it takes back to website and no option to sign myself on the app.
Get competent devs
They can’t even follow googles auth instructions so now you can’t even sign in with google.

Unintuitiv
Schlicht zur digitalen Signatur von pdf-Dateien sehr unintuitiv gestaltet, zudem werden neben der Signatur zusätzlich eine Unmenge an Daten unter die Signatur gepackt, die man explizit nicht in die Signatur einfließen hat lassen, wie die exakte Zeit und Zeitzone, das bis auf die Sekunde exakte Datum+Uhrzeit für die Signatur, den Namen des Anwenders und nicht zwingend des Signierenden (anhand der Mail-Adresse soweit ich es verstehe), diese Daten werden in kleiner Schrift im signierten Dokument ohne Vorschau einfach hinzugefügt. Bislang habe ich in den (sehr knappen) EInstellungen nichts dazu finden können. Davon abgesehen ist die App wunderbar geeignet, um bspw. Dokumente in einer Art Rundmail unterschreiben zu lassen und dabei auch die jeweiligen Rollen der Unterchreibenden festzuhalten. Das ist tatsächlich für den Workflow wiederum sehr intuitiv und einfach integriert, weswegen ich hin- und hergerissen bin zwischen einer 4* und einer 2* Bewertung. 4* gäbe es nur, weil beim Dokumentenversand Voraussetzung ist, dass der Empfänger ebenfalls die App nutzt, allerdings kann man wiederum jeden einzelnen auch auf einem Gerät unterschreiben lassen. Letztlich gibt es die 2*, da (mir) eine schnelle digitale Unterschrift nicht möglich ist und auch die Größe der verschiedenen Signaturarten nicht einstellbar scheinen, wodurch die Unterschrift manchmal arg pimpfig daherkomm. Ansonsten für Adobe Creative Cloud User wie fast alles im Paket zu empfehlen. So muss ich weiterhin auf kostenlose Demo Versionen zur Digitalen SIgnatur zurückgreifen, wa mehr als ärgerlich ist, wenn man das entsprechende Tool sogar noch vie mächtiger im Adobe Abo mitgeliefert bekommt.

I have paid subscription. I go on the web and the web page tells me that I have to download an app and I can’t use the AdobeSign functionality on the web from my iPad. I download the app and the app is showing me the website indicating that I need an app and it’s not working. Are you people mad?
There’s a bug
To send a document the app request you to get the app. When selecting send a document nothing loads. Please fix.
Users signed out everytime
The app automatically logs me out when I close it so I have to sign in everytime single time I want to use the app. How can a company like Adobe ignore this massive madness?

This is literally just a progressive web app (PWA) of Adobe Acrobat's website—effdctively same as if you were to open Safari to acrobat.adobe.com & tap the “Add to home screen” option under the share sheet. As a result this "app" merely provides links to open the main Acrobat app in order to do anything useful (...such as signing a PDF 😂)

Die Bedienung der App auf einem iPhone ist eine absolute Katastrophe.

My Adobe account forces me to sign in via Google sign in bc that’s how I set the account up back when I subscribed.
This app also forced me to sign in via Google, but the app then rejects the Google sign in as the app doesn’t comply with Google’s policies.
Such a basic function that renders it completely useless. 1 star is 1 too many.
