This app is the worst. It won’t let you change the ebook vendor to even sign in. I remember trying to use this for uni work too. Doesn’t work. Totally useless. Surely they can ask literally anyone with a small amount of app knowledge to update it in the slightest so it’s even usable?

Infuriating
Dysfunctional and abandoned app by Adobe. Was forced to try and download and use this archaic and abandoned app after buying a digital cookbook from the American cancer society. Spent $4 on ANOTHER dysfunctional app called Bluefire Reader which is equally broken. All to try and read a cookbook. Adobe needs to delete this altogether or update it. It’s not a complicated idea.

Is there a worse app?
I am furious. I bought an ebook ($40) and now I am unable to read it because it app does not work at all. It won’t allow me to create an ID. When I click on “create ID” the page change to a page you cannot click on. Thank goodness I didn’t pay for this app. Now I have to spend $50 to buy the book in print.

I’m taking a psychology class and I have to read a book and the free version is using this app and it literally does not want to load at all. So stressful.
Worst App ever
Absolutely unusable - never known an app this rubbish!! The Windows version on my PC keeps crashing and the iPad version doesn’t give you the option to add files/books

Crashes constantly and it’s impossible to read books without having to resize pages and read around the UI. It’s so ugly and buggy. It’s shockingly and embarrassingly terrible to use

First Book Won’t Even Load
I love to have my time wasted my companies. I am so glad that I spent all this time finding a book at the library that I can’t read because it’s in this proprietary format that only opens on an app…that won’t open it.

This is the worst e-reader app I’ve ever used. Glitchy to the point that it’s actually unusable
Waste of power
Probably be the worst application I have ever experienced in my life. Do not use it if you don’t have to. Anything, anything would be better than this application. I don’t know who designed it. I don’t know who released it and I don’t know who made it, but all those people should be ashamed of themselves.

The most useless piece of software
Downloaded this to read a textbook for class. Could not open the book for the life of me and had to google the issue as the setup instructions are nonexistent. As it turns out, one has to “authorize” the app before one can use it. That would’ve been useful to know upon opening the app. Why there isn’t an integrated setup process in the app is beyond me. Regardless, I shouldn’t have bothered to go through all the trouble as the app can’t even display the pages of the book properly. It is wholly useless. This app shouldn’t be available on the app store as it has no utility whatsoever and all it does is waste people’s time.

Ten Years Later…
I see reviews as old as 10 years and every one of them says the same thing. Adobe has the brain power to develop an excellent app, yet they didn’t. They could have fixed it at any point in the past 10 years, yet they didn’t. And now here I am, unable to even read the introduction in full. I can’t even figure out how to create an ID or get my book into the app. If you don’t have to use this app, don’t.

C’est quoi cette appli?
Vraiment pas adaptée et jamais je n’achèterai de livres numériques chez la Fnac à l’avenir avec leur ePub que l’on doit lire spécifiquement sur ADE. Cette application n’est pas du tout adaptée c’est honteux !
