I pay a subscription just for this app to always have an issue. Completely unusable and crashes my phone. Absolute waste of money. I will be cancelling.

Very nice app
Remove background stopped working
I was enjoying the remove background feature and suddenly it stopped working. The reason it gave me is… (Sorry, we were unable to remove background from this image. Please try re-uploading your asset.) I’ve tried a different photo and I get the same response. There is no support to help with this issue. It’s very frustrating.

This app used to be amazing
This was one of my favorite adobe programs. It was easy to edit images and add text to make quick documents and visuals. Now nothing loads and all of the editing tools are cumbersome and keep pushing AI I don’t need. It takes me forever to create anything with this app now.
Only good if you have premium
Glitchy, choppy, impossible to make any progress if you don’t have premium. Sorry but this isn’t motivating me to buy premium, it’s just frustrating.
No passkey sign out
I was trying to sign in and because i didnt want to use the passkey feature it automatically signed me out
Animation
The animation module is not working any longer. I tried rendering a stick animation on the app and also tried on desktop, rendering breaks everywhere.
Double page spread
Needs a double page spread option. It’s very limiting only being able to work on one page, trying to make a magazine is difficult
gif converter so bad!!
i used to use this app exclusively for converting videos to gifs, because it was fast and easy, but ever since the new update it struggles! my phone gets hot, it takes ages to convert, and sometimes it doesnt convert at all and crashes the whole app. the videos arent particularly long nor high quality, it seems to be that the app just cant handle the process

Great features, but serious performance issues
I’m paying for Adobe Express, but the iPhone app regularly has serious performance issues.
After some use, the app becomes slow or freezes, layers become difficult to move, and the pinch-to-zoom gesture sometimes resizes the selected layer instead of zooming the canvas. AI editing tools can also noticeably reduce the resolution of the entire image, leaving it pixelated.
Interestingly, deleting older projects from Your Stuff significantly improves the app’s performance. Unfortunately, there is no proper Select All / Bulk Delete option, so projects have to be deleted one by one, which is extremely frustrating.
For a paid creative app, stable layer handling, preserved image quality after AI edits, and basic bulk project management should be standard features.
Adobe Express has great potential, but these issues make the iPhone app unnecessarily difficult to use. Please fix the performance and AI image-quality problems and add a bulk delete option for projects in Your Stuff.
