Helpful, but the mobile version is limited.
I do appreciate having Adobe Express on my phone for quick things like replacing the background for an image or doing small goofy projects. Overall, though, it can be glitchy (some features don’t fully load), and difficult to operate. The issue with the app is not ultimately its functions, just the difficulty of translating its use to a phone seamlessly.

USELESS
Absolutely useless waste of time
It doesn’t work randomly.
For something that is supposed to “express” graphic production… It fails miserably when the cloud randomly fails. Don’t worry they will still charge you full price when your work production takes a full hit.
Stuck on not being able to sign in.
Tried everything. Uninstalling. All accounts. Cannot get past this to even get into the app. Terrible.
Subscription based mess
This was way more powerful before they switched to the subscription based model. Took away all my capabilities without forking out 100 more dollars a year when I already pay for other creative suite apps on subscription. I hate it. subscription culture is killing everything.
Adobe vs Canva
Adobe Express (which is $9.95/month that have basic and simple features) is another Canva (which is $18/month and has many features). I cannot afford Canva but I found Adobe is budget friendly and I only use simple features just like image and text.
Recovering file crash loop
Too annoying for a paid for subscription. To have your work paused thanks to a “recovering file” then “file recovered” and “recovering file” crash loop. Updated app, un-installed and downloaded again - cleared memory, still happens.

Best editing app
I use it every time. I edit my videos and it’s probably some of the best editing tools I’ve ever used. That’s why I give a five star there’s nothing really I’ve ever knocked into and I didn’t like about it. The reason I’m saying if five stars is just because I can’t think of anything to complain about off the top of my head and wait.

I have arthritis and this makes it easier. Plus I’m on social security and can’t afford those high priced $150 ones. This gives you many choices.
