Not Operating Anymore
Seems that the app isn’t working anymore.
None work
Always worked fine for a couple of years maybe with some delay, but for the last two years had more frequent connection problems and now nothing connects. Many online say the company is out of business. Won’t respond for a months and there are scam sites set up for technical support.. I think mine are going in the garbage.

I’ve had this camera for a while but now the app doesn’t connect at all. I guess I’m throwing the cameras away.

Worked fine for years but now has stopped working and neither of my cameras can connect.

The whole app is saying unknown error with 0 chances of fixing. Wrote to developers and no response why dont we just get ring?? Now we know why paying the price sometimes is better this is a joke no security at all

Guess the owners and developers no longer care after customers spent hundreds on cameras. No longer can use or manage my camera as because the app is useless.

I’ve have 4-8 of these cameras and they always quit working mostly due to the app being absolute trash. Time to switch
COMPLETE SHUTDOWN
Our cameras have randomly shutdown completely. We can’t login or even reset our passwords. We keep getting notifications of recoding but can’t access them any longer. Ridiculous!! And this was a gift. “Network error” seems like the developer bailed!!

I’m updating my previous review because this app seems to have gone the way my previous security apps have gone: it seems like they’ve just stopped updating it. I’m down to one working camera now (though all of them are charged and I have reset them and reconnected them to the network repeatedly). Only one camera detects motion and does its job at this point, and I can’t even see the recorded events any linger( the app just tells me “error”. We specifically purchased these because we did not want to go with one of the “big companies” and deal with subscriptions or any of the known security breaches with those. Once again, these cameras and their app are letting us down. The cameras are not worth the money; this app is next to useless.

The app no work??
NOT Working/scam
I had 6 Dihoom Cameras on installed at homestead, using the Adorcam app to access all feeds. Worked great for months, but somewhere in early January 2026, all 6 cameras stopped working. Tried to reinstall them, but none of them will connect to 2.4 ghz network. The cameras are functional, but the Adorcam App stopped working, will not connect to cameras… the app is disconnected from server and customer service is non-existent. They just up and left and left us high and dry. Six perfectly working cameras will now be trashed because the App is showdown… such a waste!
