another buggy iax client

it is darned near impossible to find a well written client for IAX. this one looked promising but even though it said my iax account was registered, it failed to dial when i hit the call button. please fix and i will give it another try

Crashes on the third digit entered.

When trying to use this application, when you dial digits, and you get to the third one, it crashes every single time.

Doesn't send DTMF codes while in call. No speaker phone. No debugging on failed registration. Doesn't send caller token, requires line in iax.conf for asterisk
