Adp + technology = Disaster
The ADP workforce site on the PC ( which is best used incognito which we found out from a bright spark CSR only weeks after multiple support chats trying to problem solve issues) at least works. It is frustrating at time but at least works. This app is disgusting and a complete waste of time. If you can log in, then it is erratic, throws frequent system errors which causes double regular hour entries, hangs when trying to view details and NEVER lets you get that info no matter what you do. If I was able to review and approve, I would have been nervous to approve since may have double debited my bank account if it hung or threw a system error during that final step.
Alert: if you are on vacation then be prepared to needing to take a vacation from the start to de stress again after using this App!!!
Rather just use the Adp workforce portal website on Safari on your mobile device at workforcenow.adp.com.
Even though it is a little annoying pinching and squeezing to see everything, at least it works at the more regular ADP frustration level.
ADP should replace their IT and computer programmers and until then just scrap this App.

Winner of Worst App in Apple Store!
If you’re looking for a completely useless app you’ve come to the right place. Downloading this app gives you the absolute inability to ever sign into your account to perform pay rolling duties but, let’s be real, who wants to get paid right? Boring. Do they still charge you for their services, well of course! Do you get anything in return? No! unless you use your desktop and use the website. But what if you can’t access your computer you may ask? Well, according to ADP, tough luck loser!Pretty good deal if you ask me. Can you call customer support to change your password for the 400th time because this next time it will definitely fix everything? Sure, if you have 45 minutes of spare time. Thankfully I have nothing nice to say about this app so it’s my pleasure to award ADP with the worst and most useless app on the App Store award! Congratulations ADP you have really outdone yourselves!

Awful
Our company was unable to use the application for approximately six weeks plus because the ADP reps configuring our account didn’t have a clue what they were doing and didn’t know they had to charge us to use a feature. Six weeks later and they’ve never done our payroll correctly. Give this a miss. It’s a mess.

Has not worked since On the Go update
The app constantly gives an incorrect error message and fails. Called support, just got bounced around between departments with no resolution.

They should allow negative star ratings too!! App is Not stable, even the new update for ADP workforce now desktop version sucks!The never ending circle keeps loading the page for weeks, you may even miss the next payroll deadline!! Wish I could post a video here..
Stuck on loading screen

Nearly unusable
I went to edit time sheets. Everytime I click on a day the screen bounces around on me. No save button to be found yet when I go to exit from screen it says all info will be lost if I don’t save. After 15 minutes of frustration I gave up and decided I’ll just use the desk top.

Terrible Workflow
I enjoy using adp on desktop, however, the mobile application is very impractical. The loading times are atrocious, making it quite difficult to work effectively within the app. Please update this to allow for reasonable loading times. We pay good money for your service & its a shame the package isn’t 100%.

Stay away if you can
We converted 2 businesses to Work force on the go and it’s been nothing but troubles with zero support! We started integration in April, never got completed until June. Mistake after mistake no response, no support. Just recently we realized YTD totals not correct, spent 55 days trying to get someone at this company to fix the error, resulted in me building excel sheets of the correct totals for them to upload. Now we no longer can access our payroll on Pc. Contacted Dec 16 and we still can’t access. The support for this product is a joke for such a large company.

Works fine
I was hesitant to download the app since many people complained about login issues. I gave it a try and the app let me in on the first try and it works well. They either have taken care of the issue or could be that bad reviewers were trying the wrong app. Just make sure you have the right app. There’s another one for the ADP HR.

Not able to login
Is this app is designed for small business !? Because that’s what the info says. I own a small business and run payroll bimonthly but every time I have to use a computer’s browser to calculate and manage payrolls. If this is not the same team pay platform for business please change the info.
Invalid request error when logging in
I got invalid request when I tried logging in, although I can use the same credential to login on the website.
Developers, you want to test your UI when trying to login using FaceID to access a credential that is saved in phone. The keyboard and the screen doesn’t move accordingly. Also, consider putting a Help/Report function on the login screen, otherwise how can user that cannot login send issue report?

Worst app I’ve ever had to use
Constantly changing my password because it says it’s not right even though I use Face ID to log in. The app always shows an error code any other time I need to use it. I’m on the phone with ADP more than I am on the actual app that’s supposed to be convenient. Waist of time is all it is.

Worst website ever
Can’t log on to app all tho I have a profile set up that is accessible through safari! Won’t let my see my pay and hours! This is the worst form of pay roll
