Worst bank app and e banking ever
Honestly it’s almost 2020 I’ve never ever seen such a bad app even in the 90’s it wasn’t like that. If anyone in your bank has ever used any other bank app you’d be shocked. You should hire a professional cause the people doing this app aren’t professional at all. I’ve 11 banks and none of them are so bad. I’ve never seen an app that requests a text message every time you connect. Usually they ask the first time then they register the device as a trusted device and you can connect with Face ID or Touch ID. That’s insane.
Plus the template is so old. I can’t even do an internal transfer. Honestly never seen such a bad app on earth. All apps included not only banks app. Like all apps included I’ve never seen such a bad app.
I won’t even talk about e-banking it’s so so bad.
By the way I just discovered a worse thing. When the bank is closed. So at night or during the weekend you can’t even connect to the app cause it doesn’t send you the text message with the code to connect to the app. That’s crazy. I’m still waiting for an update but nothing.
