What in the world is going on? Data inaccessible for days. No response from customer care, their Facebook page has been removed. Awfully scared they've been hacked and I'll never see my data again. Shame on you.
Childish UX
I will continue to explore functionality but until the UI quality improves I can't justify more than two stars. This is the cover and software is judged by the cover. As a developer I have worked with several UX developers and they've taught me the importance of screen layout and flow. Whoever built this may be good at middle tier on down but this team needs a front end developer.

Utterly confused!
Terrible interface and poorly created. What were they thinking...someone needs to be fired!
Very clunky app on a apple product
This storage/backup for me was free. It was ok but hard to use. Now they are charging $ it's ok. But for the not so good product they have. I would avoid them like the plague. Now I'm sure they will further lock up my files I'm trying to transfer from them.
Doesn't work
Can't upload from native photo library on my iPhone. Not intuitive. Poorly designed UI.
