Two attempts to use and link this app. Non stop pop up “unable to load ad accounts” with no steps how to resolve this.

Everytim when i tried to open the pocket ads,your apps are stuck and cant get in to it.Several times and i alos fed up.I dong know what is the purpose by doing this apps.Please do fix it.Thanks..
