Edits not working correctly
For items that are done multiple times per week, edits are messed up. Either data entry or marking complete actually update the previous day. Then you get errors trying to update the correct day.

I love the balance of bite size content and more immersive paths. I feel like there is something about every topic I could want and I’m always learning something new. Plus I absolutely love my coach, getting to work 1:1 with a coach is such an amazing benefit. Very grateful for this!

App has improved greatly over the years! Meal tracking is as easy as taking a picture. Well-being app to track progress that actually matters to me and peace of mind knowing data is secure.

I love that I can view my health stats and find interesting ways to keep myself healthy. The focus on nutrition is amazing and the coaching team is wonderful. I feel like I’m in good hands with the coaches who truly care about helping and personalizing my experience.

Great new updates
The new coach scheduler is a great addition. I have my Apple Watch and my Whoop synced so I never have to worry about putting in any of my fitness data manually. The digital content is very well done. I’m enjoying my wellness program for the first time.
App doesn’t work
The app is not working correctly. The activities that you are currently doing keep disappearing from the screen .
Interface is incredibly awful
Fire everyone. Or at least make them take classes in logical UI design. Awful. Breaks every rule of design.

Not your typical well-being app
I absolutely love this app and all the great content! I’m working on several thing to improve my wellbeing and this app is a one stop shop. From tracking my habits around saving money and ideas to help minimize my anxious thoughts it has helped me improve in both. I also love that the content is fresh and relatable.
