terrible app
this is one of the worse banking apps i have ever seen. the security features are cumbersome and nonsensical. it makes you update your “expired” password every few days. it also confuses a heavily alpha-centric PW for the actual account number when there are only 2 numbers in the proposed password. terrible app.

The Greatest Advantage that I have ever had.
This app is super clean and easy to proactively navigate in. The functionality is super straight forward and comprehensible to the user. Great things, like Advantage Financial FCU, is what keeps us away from “good” enough things.

I haven’t had any issues with it. I used to always have to log on via mobile web, calling or on my computer to check my balance or check my transactions. This is totally way more convenient. I don’t use it for much else. It serves its purpose in my eyes.

Issues with login
Need to work out some bugs when using advanced technology for sign in (I.e. face recognition and fingerprint). Other than that great app.

Antiquated banking system and antiquated app.
Convenient and Easy to Use
My only complaint is not with the application as much as the credit union policy. I no longer live near a VA Credit Union and often transfer money between my checking and savings accounts. I am only allowed 5 a month when using the application. I wish they would consider raising it to unlimited since we are talking about transferring money between accounts.
