This is the worst app i’ve ever had. It’s lacks the basic info that other banking apps offer and still has UI from the 90’s. Half the time it won’t even open so you can’t even see your own money, anything they try to do to “help” will only make things 10 times worse because most of their member services are 3rd party so you have to transfer to some other company that will just tell you to call the original number and nothing gets fixed.

Worst CU in North Carolina!!!
They are the slowest bank I have ever been a member of. I will be closing my accounts because their ATM on Battleground has been down for more than a month!!! They allow fraud charges to charge to your card and then when you have to cancel your card they DO not send you a new one. You have to go to the slow branch and get it from
One of their incompetent people that will take 50 minutes and 4 people to print the card. I’ve waited over an hour before for a withdrawal!!! Slow slow slow and rude too.

Skeptical!
I was on the fence about using this app back when it 1st came out. Sit back and waited for a while to make sure all bugs were worked out!

Need to bring back All in one
NOTE : Amount due, Due date and interests rate hidden on app. It used to be there years ago. Also Due date missing now on line of credit and interest rate missing. Also cannot view card from same login like before. I’m disappointed

Been a member here since I got hired to fly for Piedmont Airlines in 1978. PACU has been accessible and honest ever since. Times change, people and staffing change, but if the name Piedmont is on it, you can take it to the “bank”!😂
Great app
Great app, works wonderfully. But is missing some aspects that the website offers like checking messages. Instead of directly emailing me they have there own encrypted internal messaging system on the website that i cannot access from the app.

I’m visual empire this new system is very confusing to me I can’t pull up my account and it’s very hard for me to see anything I would rather have the old format I have not have access to my account in days could you please help me thank you in advance

Are you kidding us ?? So we’re no longer supposed to check our balance if we don’t have the latest iPhone to use the iOS 13 ?? Is that correct ?? Smh

Mobile app upgrades
The upgrades to the Pacu mobile app have been very very helpful. And it’s easier to take the pictures and it just flows much easier for deposits. Nice job by your IT people. Keep up the good work! Dan

This App is a huge disappointment. Very limited functionality. You can’t do any bill payment and the setup and security is a constant problem for login. You MUST use a desktop for many functions. This CU is DECADES behind their competition. Very sad.
Can’t access app
The App is always giving a message about experiencing intermittent problems, please check connection and try again.
While I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it is still giving me the same results. Can’t access my account from the app over a two week period.

Sometimes
This is a great system when it works. Many times I have to call for the rep agent to reset my password that is embarrassing when you have checks to deposit.

It was infinitely easier to use the mobile website before the Piedmont required the use of the app. Feature-wise, most of the functions require you to leave the app, and many useful features like alerts when hitting a certain balance have disappeared. The only upgrades are the ability to picture deposit a check and the instant balance feature (would have rated one star if not for these features).
