Garbage
This app is garbage every time I try to view my reservation I enter my info and hit search the app kicks me out and closes. Horrible horrible horrible, I deleted the app after it kicked me out 5 times in a row.
Can’t use expressway through the app
The app doesn’t allow me to use expressway login because my email has a - ( dash in it) . It literally won’t put anything when you tap on the dash. I can login online no problem but the app has a design flaw.
Constant crashes
Your app is garbage. It crashes every time I try to submit my existing reservation number.

Just downloaded this app. Tried four times to search for my reservation and each time it crashes.
Buggy
Crashes consistently when I try to look up a reservation. Displays advertising spam notification every few days. Garbage. Deleting.
Impossible to make reservation
Cannot reserve using a Canadian postal code on the app, on the mobile site, or even on the website even though all three ask for the postal code. The latter two indicate invalid postal code format even though I tried it with a space, no space and a hyphen. The app asks for the postal code but then it will only accept numbers. Incredibly frustrating and quite frankly almost unbelievable.

Terrible app
Keeps saying wrong password. When prompted to reset password to the email listed- no reset password was sent.. says it will be emailed in minutes- it’s been hours and nothing yet.. really aggravating. Will switch back to Enterprise Rentals so much smoother.. Will be deleting app ASAP.

25 of 27 reviews are 1 star. Says a lot about about your mobile app development staff and your quality and testing procedures. The version history is mostly copy-paste. Also, putting privacy policy in your description is not same as someone accepting it. Hire an expert who can help with all this, and please don’t be a cheap. If you pay peanuts, you gonna get....

Worst app and website ever
I create a profile about a year ago now i cant login and i can’t reset my password cuz i kept doing it and i never get a email back now i decided to create a new one with my other email and this crappie website and app keep on telling me wrong email or password imagine i just create the profile so how is it wrong information smh

Doesn’t work
App crashes and is useless.
Basic and functional
I didn’t have the same experience as the 1-star reviewer I read. I was able to find my existing reservation by knowing it’s confirmation number. And once I became a rewards member, and logged in to this app, I could see all my reservations and their reservation numbers as well.
No details about how to find their pickup location from the airport though. Have to phone them for that, I think.

Useless
Basically a useless app.
Doesn't even work.
Tried to make reservation and edited dates and each time says no reservation avail. Can I still get my 10% off still? The app doesn't work!
Muy mala calidad
Está compañía yo rentaba vehículo y a cada rato me llegaba factura cobrándome toll y si no era toll era otro monto de gasolina, etc. Cada vez que rentaba tenía que llamar para esos montos, la peor compañía es esta.

Doesn’t pull up reservations when logged into account and crashes constantly trying to look one up on an iPhone X. Use a browser instead.

Allows you to make a reservation but it doesn’t allow you to find an existing reservation terrible app
Reservation only-no management
App doesn't have features beyond initial booking. I don't get to see or manage my reservation from the app. If it's going to be an "awards" app it should have features like airlines do.
