Login and UI issues
The app hardly works and has a bad UI when logging in to it.

Customer service is even more weird some guy sitting in Delhi is asking me if I ordered more than my balance is that why I am unable to place an order .

Most stupid way of tax saving
This is the most stupid app that looks fancy from
Outside but when you will avail this then you will realise the mistake. First of all the tieups that they have are with companies which you could hardly find around, in case you will try to use the vouchers then most if the vouchers are not available at the time, and finally when you will go to avail the voucher then it will not work at merchant and you will end up paying from the pocket. So I am already lost a good amount of money on this stupid app which my company has shown us for tax saving. Almost all the employees opt out this app in next 2 months of initiation and their money is still stuck and people find it hard using this amount any where. Just FYI I have to still pay the tax for the amount I got in the wallet

Not supporting in iOS
I have so many times contact and write a email. This application is not work in iPhone iOS but not given a till date problem solving
sync issues with Health App in IOS
The Health data in Apple IOS is not synced completely with this app, which has been a problem. This should be fixed to rely on this app.
