Great and efficient
There may be a little wait time to find a provider, but it doesn’t compare to the wait times at a doctor’s office or an urgent care. I had an earache and the doctor was quick to recommend ear drop antibiotics and sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I’m starting to feel much better! Recommended this app to my sister as well who was feeling ill and she got the same great service too. $49 but it’s worth it if you’re not wanting to drive far or spend a long time at a doctors office for minor condition.

Very Grateful
I cannot express how grateful I am for this new service! I have the stomach flu and a uti and did not want to leave the house for an appointment so I decided to give this a try. I’m so glad I did, in less than 10 minutes I was speaking to a provider and had my concerns addressed. Adventist Health, thank you for providing this service!

Great convenient app
I waited maybe 30 minutes tops. Provider was great, got the antibiotics I need in no time in the convince of my own home. Considering if I went to a urgent care I would of waiting 2+ hrs this is a great option.

Does this work for Hawaii??
Wasn’t sure but, does this work for Hawaii? I tried logging in with my online username and password and it suggested for me to call a number.

This app is junk
Three hours and multiple calls to the help desk and we still never talked to a doctor. This app is a complete piece of junk.
