From everything I’ve read I should be able to have up to three of my kids on the same account and yet I can’t. I’ve messaged their very poorly trained AI model for help (because that’s the only option) and nothing. It won’t even redirect me to a human. If you’re hoping to have this for more than one kid, forget it.

They take your money
They won’t refund you even if you don’t use the app. I have tried to quit and they keep charging my card. Since they don’t offer refunds they just keep charging me. Also not a very engaging ap and I would put your money elsewhere
