Got to be kidding me.
EDIT: As of May 21st 2026, I’m just done with this game. Because the devs have GOT to be kidding me. If you read my review, which I’ve edited a few times now, I’ve mentioned random ads just opening up from my game and taking me to webpages and even apps, if I happen to have the app. I said I figured it was the banner ads and that they needed to do something about it. The something they did was ADD a money grab to get rid of the banner ads. So to get rid of some weird thing their game does, I have to PAY for it? When I already paid once to get rid of ads? You think I’m going to pay you AGAIN??? I literally just had this game open up a webpage, then open up one of my apps and it’s just the final straw for me. It happens so fast, you can’t even stop it if you try. Might be different on slower phones, but mine is quite fast.
It was a nice run, I had fun with the game, even stuck it out during the glitches, but too many of these phone games are getting downright greedy. To let them know about a problem and their solution is for me to give them more money… just no.
As of March 3rd, the game seems to be glitching. The staff and customers just walk in place. No one leaves or comes. I can’t make profit because nothing is happening. Today, on March 6th, I notice customers are walking backwards, as well. I can’t close the game and that resets it, but it often happens again within a few minutes. Sometimes, closing the game does nothing to fix this issue. And I get random ads that pop up and fill my entire screen for a few seconds, then they close themselves. It’s very weird.
EDIT: I’ve been playing this game for a while and came back to lower my rating for two reasons, that I feel really need to be addressed:
1. I assume it’s the banner ads. That’s a huge nope. No game should be doing this unless it contains a virus or it doesn’t regulate its ads and it’s letting possible viruses through. This needs to be addressed or I’ll end up deleting the app because it feels very unsafe. I have no other game that does this.
2. This game makes my phone hot. I have no other game/app that does this and in such a short amount of time. 6-7 minutes will make phone hot and slow the game down. It’s weird and I’m unsure why this game does that. I don’t often stay in the game that long, but now that I’ve upgraded my ad multiplier to 7 mins, sometimes I like to play while getting that 4.2X on my profits. However, I don’t want to mess up my phone because it’s overheating all the time.
3. The UI changes are horrible. Everything doesn’t need to look like a Facebook game. Then they also changed how upgrading gear works, but gave no explanation on it.
While I do wish it had a true ad-free experience, it still has other points that I enjoy that make up for it. I LOVE that this game actually shows a variety of customers and staff. So many of these games are not, well, diverse, and that turns me off immediately. Because you’re telling me, with restaurants all over the world, everyone looks exactly the same at every single one? 🤣 Anyway, nice little idle game that gives me enough to do when I come on and play.

For the last week every time I pressed on the game it won’t open love playing the game but it’s getting annoying now please fix it

Glitches
I’ve had this game for quite some time and now certain levels my chefs and waiters just walk in place causing me to force close and reopen. I’m in Cairo on the second level and OMG the chef’s don’t last more than 1 min before they start walking in place.
I would also like to open new dishes at my own speed. It’s absurd that the game forces you to open all dishes back to back in a 5 min time period.
I will consider updating my rating once my mini staff stops moonwalking in place.

Buggy
I love this game but all I have left to play on it is the events. The further you get through the events the more buggy to the point you can’t play at all. I’m currently on the last map of candy land and all of my waiters start walking on the spot shortly after I open the app. Can’t play at all after that.

Bug
The chefs and the waiters keep getting stuck and won’t move. I like the game but this bug ruining my experience. The only way to fix it is to close the game out and go back into it. Sometimes even that doesn’t fix it.
Glitches
Every now and again the characters will start moving in place and not do anything else. Have to close out the app as no in game functions resets it. It’s especially bad in th Mexico levels. Every 2 mins a character is glitching

I love this game a lot, I’ve played it non-stop for like 2 weeks and managed to finish every level. Now I’m stuck playing the events which I manage to finish quite quickly and once they’re done there’s nothing else to do?
I’d even be happy with a ‘reset maps’ option to just play them all again.

Ads are way to long
Obligated to watch 2 minutes long ads per bonus is not beneficial. If players are forced to watch ads that long it's only fair to give more bonuses per ad. It's not worth watching 2 minutes long ads and only receiving 1 bonus per ad when they're that long. I had to spend an hour watching long ads and only receiving 1 bonus per ad. After that i lost interest and closed the game.
This game feels more like a chore. I spend more time watching ads than actually playing. It's insanely tedious and time consuming. The ads need to be shorter.

I go through so many different idle games, and its hard to find a really good one that not only works well but looks good too! Ive been very impressed with Adventure Chef and it quickly became my top idle game to play. Havent touched any of my others since i downloaded! Keep up the good work!!!

Latest upgrade need a fix, it stuck on the gear upgrade page and wont move

It was fun until it prompted me to upgrade an item but getting stuck on the prompt making the game unplayable
Stuck at loading
When the game is loading, I keep getting stuck at "ordering produce" and it don't load no more and I downloaded other games and it load.
