Random Notifications and The Rewards Are A Joke

It is pretty pointless to try to get rewards. The made the prices 2.5x what they used to be.

I also receive random notifications like if they are having an issue with a hot tub.

Forced to use but terrible version

I keep getting push notifications despite having all my notifications set to “off”. Currently on iOS 12.2. Personal information had to be manually entered despite the system being tied to my membership number from when I signed up. Points have not synced over 7 months of membership. Plz fix, thx.
