This app is not very good. Everything is very clearly AI generated in a bad way. It’s very clunky and confusing. Idk how to find my way around it. And even the text is very AI generated. I might as well just have ChatGPT build me my own program to follow.
Slow, clunky, and not as good as other free mental apps
This is not a true mental fitness app. All AI and and only works if you want to buy a course….which are also created all by AI.

Been using this with all my athletes with Athlete Builder and my gym at Unbreakable Athletics Academy. This is a great system for building mental toughness, clarity, focus and more. I highly recommend the daily approach.
