Downloaded fine, won’t let me log in even with a change of password

Won’t download .. the little circle things spins like it’s going to but then just turns back into the download image

Info is absolutely correct, but will not let me log in. Says to contact Customer Support, but I see no way to do that.

Installed OK, but refuses to login. Says I need "new version" but there is no new version available.
