I purchased this on indiegogo. They took our money and never sent the selfly. They scammed thousands of people and will not respond.
Bad video Quality, Hard to Control
This drone, being as small as it is, is very hard to control. Better take your pictures quick before it flies across your yard. But it connects just fine. When I take a video, it’s super choppy and not smooth. Otherwise, I think it’s a great deal. Also, the case doesn’t close.
The flight simulator stopped working
All parts of the app work fine for me except the flight training. That part won’t launch anymore since one of the recently released updates
Piece of crap from a crappy company
Like many others, I waited over two years for this to finally arrive, only to find that the app won’t make a connection with the drone and there’s no support anywhere to fix. NO STARS. Crap. Crap. Crap.
It doesn’t work!
It doesn’t work at all. The app keeps complaining there is no connection to my Selffly although I already connect it with my iPhone 7 (ios13）through WiFi.
Calibration button
It worked great when I first got it and after updating the firmware calibration button doesn’t work... and it forces you to calibrate before use... so now it’s probably going in the trash. Unless I find an investor to buy this company. LoL

These guys should be made refund all the people who invested in it on Kickstarter and hopefully kickstarter see this review and do something about it the service is non existent I can’t even get it to connect to my iPhone this has been clearly a take the money and run if you have the misfortune of buying one before reading the reviews then return it immediately for a full refund
When mine arrived they sent the wrong case no response from them so I went to kickstarter and reported it they then got them to respond although very short response quote. “ you’ll get a new case within a fortnight”. TWO MONTHS I WAITED I haven’t even bothered to open it I’ve lost interest in it could have been good if they put the effort in to the product instead they took the money and forget about product
I hope kickstarter bam them for conning people so don’t touch anything with there name on it. Very poor product

Can no longer connect through app. WiFi does but connect button on home screen is greyed out forever.
Disappointed. App always crashes
Not fun getting a cool drone like this and every time I try to connect the app crashes. I tried it on a second iPhone and guess what... nothing. I was going to buy another one as a gift but that would be silly BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK. Here's a thought... fix it in a reasonable amount of time (that means soon) and you get a pass, your customers will be happy and you'll make more money. Right now I recommend not buying this drone (it doesn't work) #bummer #takenadvantageof

Works as advertised
I do not know what all the fuss is about. I got my SELFLY, downloaded the app, followed the directions and my phone was controlling the drone. Just as advertised.

Not what I’d hoped for after 2 year wait
Very unstable in flight, the calibration button does NOT seem to work. No Micro SD just a hole where there should be a place to put card. (It was even covered with serial number tape) Expected far more advanced product than this after waiting so long.
Doesn’t connect
Connect button doesn’t respond. Not even an error. Without a connection, it’s pretty much useless

I have had no trouble with the app or drone always connects easily and flys good not hard at all to connect
