If you are taking the app off the air then return my money, because I paid for the premium version, and now you are playing me in a free version and without any quality.
Piece of rubbish
After using the app for few months i it blocks me out of my cameras and says i have to pay renewal service and which i don't find this ok because the options to pay are we-chat pay and this needs fixing.

Installed a NVR compatible for this app however when registering NVR it says successful but cameras are offline . Need help based in UK

Stopped working
The app used to work nicely, about 5 days before the application stop logging in, after inserting username and password it return to same page.
Tried on 3 devices already same issue.

Always have offline issues since the update. Not great when trying to view your cctv away from home.

After upgrading my app to the current version 1.1.8, it says my devices are offline. I suspect a bug with this particular update

Doesn’t work , asking for yearly subscription now lol. Doesn’t worth to install it.

No point having the app if it doesn’t work with the latest iPhones. Absolute garbage. Should have put in google cameras or any other system that doesn’t require this application. I wish I could put negative stars.

I’d give no stars if I could
I've used this app to access the NVR I bought by the same company as my cameras. The support people have been great but the software peeps have broken the app and I can’t access my Cams anymore. Not with AEeye, AEeye2 or AEeye3. Not on my iPad or iPhone. All the support guys can say is very sorry. I’ve got 4 cams I can’t see through my NVR anymore and it’s Pretty disappointing that it doesn’t even work. Not just buggy, it doesn’t work at all. I hope they fix it. Minimum of 1 Star to write a review.
