About
Aelioris is a studio for the shape of a day.
It is not a to-do list. It will not chase you through tasks. It helps you see what actually filled the hours — and how much of the day is still left to spend well.
Open the folio and you land on today’s page: three readings — stamina, craft, and poise — and a single piece of counsel aimed at whatever is weakest. Six numbered chapters follow, each answering one question.
01 Desk
A synthesis of the rest of the studio. The weakest leg is named first, instead of being averaged away.
02 Cadence
Mark attention hour by hour: empty, glance, work, deep, flood. After a few days, Aelioris finds the stretch that actually repeats — morning, dusk, or those late hours you keep returning to.
03 Climate
Four instruments — stamina, clarity, curiosity, drive — drawn as a diamond. Hush, overcast, brisk, bright, glow, squall, flare: each weather has a use. Leave a caption if you want a line for later.
04 Draft
Lay out the full twenty-four hours, slumber included: craft, study, restore, play, errands. Overflow is written in the open. Then the page is projected: what this split becomes across a week, and a year.
05 Reserve
Treat the day as a well. Rest, movement, and stillness fill it; demand and company draw it down. See whether you are running with spare capacity, on an even keel, or already overdrawn.
06 Scale
For forks that will not yield to feeling. Score each option, weight each criterion, invert the ones that are burdens. The beam tips — and tells you honestly whether the gap is wide enough to act on.
Nothing leaves the device.
Aelioris will not live the day for you. It only spreads the page, and leaves the pen in your hand.
