Defective scale

This app doesn’t work. It doesn’t register users or connect with the smart scale we purchased. I would look elsewhere.

To connect your AENO Smart Scale, please make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and all required permissions are granted for the AENO app. Turn on the scales, place your phone as close to the device as possible, then open the AENO app, tap "+" → "Add Device", and wait for the scales to appear in the automatic search. Design flaws but overall pretty good.

Could do with a software update as is not very sleek in 2026... Very functional though.

Almost perfect

The weight scale device is 5*, but the app doesn't have Apple Health support. The device shows a ton of info, but why if I cannot use them... :(

Рік тому був подібний відгук, пошук продуктів в говорному меню взагалі не працює. Багато всього треба буде самому створювати, "база" з 10000+ продуктів просто маркетинг і тих продуктів там не більше 200. Маркетинг 5+, продукт 2-. Буду використовувати як звичайні ваги без "смарт" функції, бо додатком користиватися неможливо

Кухненска везна

Закупих кухненската везна, но съм много разочарована от приложението. Менюто е бедно и е досадно да въвеждам продукти и ясния, които се използват често при диета. Опцията за търсене също не е направена добре.

Kitchen Scales issues

Hi! The app is great and useful, but I’ve found some issues with links and menu. The menu search is just not working - “empty” on all the searches. Also “help” and “more info” pages returns error with the code -1100

Синхронізація даних з застосуноком здоров’я

Застосунок сам по собі чудовий! Але має один, і для мене великий мінус, відсутня синхронізація з застосунком здоров’я. Маю ваги, і на жаль для відслідковування загального стану здоров’я в застосунку здоров’я, треба переносити данні в ручну, це взагалі не зручно. Сподіваюсь це ближчим часом додадуть, і життя справді стане смарт.

Додаток топ

Використання додатку значно спростив процес прибирання 🙌🏼
Дуже допомогає саме функція побудови карти та планування прибирання на потрібну годину, приходжу в чистий дім завжди, це кайф))

Інтерфейс теж досить зрозумілий, швидко звикла)

Очень удобно

Использую приложение для робота-пылесоса. Настроить устройство оказалось не сложно. Все функции работают отлично: расписание, запретные зоны, режимы уборки. Приложение понравилось!

Приложение для очистителя воздуха оказалось очень удобным! Можно отслеживать качество воздуха в реальном времени и легко менять режимы работы устройства. Особенно нравится, что оно напоминает о необходимости замены фильтра. Интерфейс простой и понятный, работает без сбоев.

Device stops working

After 1 month of operation, The premium heater stopped working properly. The mode is set as “SMART”, but it does not deliver the right function. After several restarts still no proper function… I set 24 degrees C, but it stops on 20, and even if I try to manipulate and play with the settings (lowering to 18 or increasing to 30), no response at all. Manual function even does not work properly. So, either is it app, or the device is failed.
