Aera Logistics Driver

Aera Driver is the delivery app for drivers moving vehicles for Aera Capital Cargo Services. It is for drivers employed by the delivery companies Aera contracts. Your login is created by your office — there is no sign-up. YOUR RUNS, IN ORDER The deliveries assigned to you, each with the vehicle, where to collect it, where it is going, and when it is due. FIVE STEPS PER RUN Go to the vehicle, photograph its condition at collection, drive it, photograph it again at drop-off, hand it in. The app shows which step you are on and what is still outstanding. THE PHOTOGRAPHS ARE THE PROOF There is no signature and no paper note. The photographs you take at both ends are the record of the vehicle's condition. They upload as you take them, so a photo that has gone through is kept even if you walk out of signal afterwards. THE CAR'S PAPERS Gate Pass, VCC and BOE where the office has filed them, so you are not phoning for a document at the gate. NOTIFICATIONS When your office puts you on a delivery, you hear about it. Aera Driver shows no prices, no invoices and no financial information. What you are paid is between you and your employer.
