Does not work

Does not work, no ability to select a nozzle

Great version 1

Excellent! Slick, easy to use, fast, and clean interface. I wish that it displayed Relative Spread and had a section to do nozzle volume flow for setting up an airplane.

App Review

This is a very amazing application. I love how easily accessible it is. It is very timely in it's applications. Altogether, it is one of my favorite apps.

Aerial Spray App Launch

We hope the aerial application industry finds this app useful and we are looking forward to your comments and suggestions. Even though I am a bit biased, I am going to rate this app 5 stars. Thanks again to the team at Echomobile for their hard work and dedication.

FAQ

What are the key parameters for predicting spray droplet size in Aerial Sprays?

Aerial Sprays uses nozzle orifice size, nozzle orientation, spray pressure, and airspeed as input parameters to predict spray droplet sizes. These inputs allow the models to estimate droplet characteristics like DV0.1, DV0.5, DV0.9, and the percentage of spray volume in smaller droplets.

How many nozzle models are available in Aerial Sprays?

Aerial Sprays includes 19 nozzle models. Ten of these are for fixed-wing aircraft, applicable for airspeeds from 100-160 mph, and nine are for helicopters, suitable for airspeeds from 30-100 mph.

What kind of results does Aerial Sprays provide?

The app provides estimates of spray droplet size, including DV0.1, DV0.5, and DV0.9 values, which indicate the droplet size containing a certain percentage of spray volume. It also provides the percentage of spray volume in droplets smaller than 100 or 200 µm, and a droplet size classification based on ASABE S572 standards.

Can I save or share the results from Aerial Sprays?

Yes, the results from Aerial Sprays, along with the initial parameters, are time and date stamped. You can save this data to your device and/or email it for future reference or sharing.

Is Aerial Sprays available on Android devices?

Based on the provided data, Aerial Sprays is available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod. Compatibility with Android devices is not specified.

How often is Aerial Sprays updated?

The latest version of Aerial Sprays is 1.4, which was last updated on September 22, 2016. This indicates that updates may not be very frequent.
