Started off ok but has never connected on first try now cannot connect to satbox at all I have deleted it and reinstalled the app still doesn’t connect

The single one and only issue I have ,is that it takes multiple attempts to connect , it’d be rare to have it connect at 1st try ... 🤔. actually no , I don’t really think ever 1st try connect.
I’m about 5 metres from satBox, it’s same for iPad or cellph’
