Poor Customer Service

On the ATPL/IATRA Workbook:
Outdated material. Contrary to their promise, the ebook only works on one device. Tried to login to my account to cancel subscription and it says that I’m not allowed to access my account and need to contact tech support to resolve this issue. They never answer the phone. I left a message on their voicemail and they never returned my call. I tried to contact them by email and they didn’t reply either.
