If you like the old school free flight stuff the is the magazine for you. Otherwise it's cross section the hobby is very narrow.
Good old fashioned magazine
Aero modeler is my favorite model aircraft magazine by far. Best coverage of building and engines of any mag I've read. I've subscribed to the digital version because it's hard to get the paper mag locally. We've waited a long time for a truly excellent magazine like this. Great job!

Fantastic 1/2 A magazine
If you are into balsa and building then Aeromodeller magazine is a must have. Easily my favorite magazine and I buy most all of them.

I was looking forward to a free magazine, but that's not the case without signing up for another thing, and a subscription... Lol :((
Free 1935 issue disappears when you buy a copy
Just bought the first edition, and the free 1935 issues has gone, can't see how to get it back
