Downloaded quickly and it was easy to set up an account. Tried to purchase the arrow bus ticket for €7.25. When I went to pay for it, it showed the date “effective” date, so I wasn’t sure if my ticket would be effective the next day. FAQs indicate it’s good for 90 days. I’ll use it tomorrow and see how it goes.

One of the worst App
I tried to buy one return ticket using this App on my mobile phone.
Although I Authorized the payment from my Banks App it didn’t get through waiting for long time.
I tried again and they charged me twice but only one reservation is appearing on the Aerobus App.
I had to write the refund request.
I wouldn’t recommend.

Crashes constantly and payment screen blank
Very poor app, crashes constantly on iOS 17.1, when you try to buy a ticket the screen just hangs on the payment screen and you cannot buy a ticket. Not tested very well at all. If you buy a ticket on your computer when you tap reservations, the app just closes. Very poor.
Completely broken
Do not even bother with this application. Completely broke , unable to process any purchase requests on different phones. Save time and find another way out of the airport.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded as was unable to purchase tickets on the website. Cannot purchase on here either, just times out every time. Eventually bought on website using PayPal, impossible to pay by credit card. And can’t access ticket in all because it just crashes when you tap on that tab-have deleted as utterly useless, non-functioning app.

Keeps crashing
Every time you want to access Reservations ie tickets, it crashes…
Crappy app.
Hopeless. Never processes and when you try again it says you’ve already registered and will go no further.
Bought tickets with app, bus driver wouldn’t accept them
We bought two tickets with the app. When we went to use the tickets, the bus scanner accepted one ticket but not the other. Bus driver blamed me for the app not working and tried to bully me into buying another ticket.
