The app is great love the social media side of it but I went on the website to see if my order went through and when I called the lady on the line was nice until she kept asking for my socials and I said it wasn’t necessary and she started raising her voice and then called me an idiot and hung up, so just be careful about giving your info on the app… stay safe

When im creating account it says password doesn’t meet requirements. I changed it so many times. Idk whats up with it
Why can’t I see the online Pick-Up selection on my app?
Just curious on why on my Aeropostale app doesn’t show the selection option for “Online Pickup” and why it’s no longer there?? Please fix this app
Unable to log in
I’ve tried a million things but i’m unable to log into my account on the app, it works just fine on the website. i contacted their live chat and they were not helpful

The App is a waste of time!, it left you go through many different clothes and when finally you want to check out the app never take you to the checkout page, I tried multiple times and I was never able to check out. So be ready to waste your time!

cannot filter by color. shows as "oops! something went wrong." what is the point of having a filter button when it doesn't even work? #hollisterbetter
Wishlist
I can never access my wishlist. Every time I go to open it, I get a message that says “Something went wrong. We’re not sure what. Please try again.” If I try again, I get the same message. This has been an ongoing issue since I got the app. Please fix this bug. It would make the usage of the app more enjoyable.

Order Status
Order items in store to be shipped online due to not having of my sizes in stock in store. Got a confirmation for my order through email. However cannot see my order online in my account and cannot track it whatsoever. Can’t contact live chat through app either and website 🥲

Very difficult to track packages, it keeps saying unable to check order status and I can’t find out how to fix it. The people helped but it doesn’t really help if you want to check it frequently

Worst return service ever
They don’t offer full refunds when trying to do a return and yet i received no option to return it in store. I’ve never seen a return system like this and it overall just irritated me. I wanted to get a smaller size for a top but after this i ended up boiling the top to shrink it.

I absolutely love Aero, but I don’t live near one so I usually pre plan my trips with the app or order some clothes! The only upsetting thing for me is that I can’t find this one skirt that the models wear. I’ve been trying to find the green cargo skirt forever, but I haven’t been able to find it online or in store!!!! 😫

I had placed my items in the cart, proceeded to checkout and it waited to tell me until I reviewed my order to tell me an item was out of stock. It kept showing up in my size as available but kept waiting ill til I went through the checkout process and reviewed my order. It should inform you prior to trying to check out. Or at least not show the item if it’s not available in your size.
