AES JO

AES JO is the customer mobile app from Arslan Engineering Systems, giving you clear and convenient access to information linked to your gas meter account. Use the app to view your current balance, invoices, receipts and payments, latest meter reading and the last 60 days of reading history, the payment number linked to your meter for eFAWATEERcom, and in-app account alerts. The app supports password sign-in with biometric or Face ID support on compatible devices, Arabic and English, and light or dark appearance. A customer account activated by Arslan Engineering Systems and linked to a valid meter number is required.
