This is a good game but..

I used to play this game a lot but ever since I got a new phone the app never works I keep getting an error message no matter what I do I tried resetting my phone factory resetting uninstalling reinstalling doesn’t work I miss the game and really want to play it again but from before when I could play it, it was a 5 star.
