Hi Munecadz and thanks for the feedback. Closet management and outfit creation are completely free and unlimited. The subscription is an optional extra for computationally expensive features. Aesty creates outfits based on your style preferences, color type and the items you add, so results can improve as more pieces are added to your closet. Can be very good but not yet
I tried to add wardrobe items but I can not do anything with it… Perhaps it just lacks of guidance, it might need UX improvements too.

You can create outfits with your own items (as well as new item suggestions) by tapping any item and selecting "Make outfit" at the bottom. We're also working on making this flow easier to discover and adding new wardrobe features. 1 star. I would put 0 if I could.
I tried to resolve this properly, including going through Apple for a refund, but I did not get my money back. In my experience this app uses tactics that make it too easy to get charged and too hard to get help afterward.
Warning to others: monitor your subscriptions, take screenshots of your purchase, and be cautious before subscribing.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry this was frustrating. Our records show that the subscription was active and the app was functioning normally. The account associated with this purchase was manually deleted by the user, and we provided steps to restore access to the subscription, but those steps were not completed. We never remove or block accounts after a purchase. Refund decisions are handled directly by Apple, and we don’t control their outcome. If you’d still like help restoring access, please contact us again from the email used for the subscription and we’ll be happy to assist.
