App now Terrible
All I want to do is to be able to turn the power station on or off or turn the USB on off, but it requires you to login and authenticate with their Web servers, which is absolutely frustrating because they don’t work. All you get is a failure to connect to the server whether you’re on Wi-Fi or cellular. So if you cannot authenticate by logging in, you cannot use the app to control your power station. Making the app virtually useless.

Subpar programming
This is one of the worst signings I have seen in a long time. First, you shouldn’t have to sign in and register your device just to use the app while local. The only thing I’m using the app for, is to remotely turn off USB, AC power or the unit itself again, you should not have to register or sign in to do this. This is a complete failure on the developer and manufacture. Why? If you’re using a battery it’s safe to say that you’re probably in an area where you don’t have cell phone service and you shouldn’t have to. Frequently, the app loses your sign in credentials, and makes you sign in again, again, and again. In the past three days. I’ve signed in three times, and use the unit only five times. You see the problem?

Using my Phillips devices, if I don’t have Internet, I can still use them. That’s how it should be.

Could do with a bit more functionality, ideally power on from the app, the rest just does what it needs too.

Bluetooth Verbindung geht nicht
die App verbindet sich nicht mit der P110 per Bluetooth. Meldung: Bluetooth nicht aktiviert. Bluetooth ist aktiviert App deinstalliert neu installiert hilft nicht schlecht gemacht
Katastrophe
Kann mich nicht registrieren, angeblich wäre die Handynummer falsch, hab ein Code per SMS für die Aktivierung bekommen. Ist so nicht nutzbar :(
Load of rubbish
I’ve purchased two power station and solar panel ,the app is a load of rubbish ,won’t recognise mobile number won’t recognise my email address ,the contact email won’t help . So it’s pitiful and useless to be thinking of buying with the hope that an app going to tell your your usage or anything else but I don’t know as I can’t get on . And the ridiculous 5 minute gap before you can try again ,I’ve tried and failed 20+ times waste my time
