Great terrible app for a terrible bank!
Terrible app. Terrible credit union. You can tell if a bank is going to be good or not based on simple things, such as if they spent time and money on a website/app that users need to use every month to manage important aspects of their life.
AFFCU is not one of those banks that spent time or money creating an easy to use, user experience on their app.
It’s built shoddy and feels held together by strings. One false click and you can be sent into an endless loading screen where you’ll need to close the app and re-open to be able to do anything again.
Having trouble with the app and need to actually call the bank to help? Get met on the phone with employees who obviously don’t care to help out, or treat you like you are stupid for not understanding how their terrible app works.
If it weren’t for the dealership I bought my vehicle from sadly getting financing through this bank, I wouldn’t be here, but I’m actually refinancing my vehicle just to get out from using this company or their app any longer. Great job!

Unable to enroll
I tried this app about a year ago, and was never able to enroll into it. I deleted it and reinstall it and tried again, same thing..full of glitches.
Fastest Bestest Mobile Banking Evorrrr! Period.
I love this app. It lets me log on any time and any where to make transactions. The only drawbacks are that the bank forces the end user to change her or his password every six months (and that is a real headache) and that the bank may have to temporarily suspend banking for all for internal banking procedures or holidays.

Always intermittent issues AFFCU is no help
This app always has an issue. Can’t check my funds if it isn’t working properly. Waste of time.
Login doesn’t work
For over a year now the app hasn’t allowed me to login, whenever I put in my username and password it take me to screen that asks for my phone number, like the website, once I do I’m taken back to the login screen.
App not functioning iOS 11
App keeps asking for email address for profile after logging in stuck in a continuous loop.
