Moreover, I am really thankful to the developers for providing an app that actually saved me from some of my darkest times.
I set a reminder on the app to send me a quote everyday around 3:00pm. Most days I forget that I have set this reminder.
On days I'm feeling down or emotional, l randomly get a notification on my phone that immediately makes me feel better.
This app is like the best friend you never thought you'd need but is always there to make you feel better and good about yourself.
It's my favorite app on the phone!
