Really helpful stuff

Although you have to buy the second part separately the 30 tasks are very helpful. I have only just started using this but I have started to feel a lot better about my life and am making positive changes!!! Would defiantly recommend and well worth the money!!!

Don't bother!!!

Not impressed. I noticed it said one issue at the bottom of the description. However I re read and it says 30 tips and 21 day routine so I figured it should all be in this purchase. This is misleading. What the cheeky mare has done is split the book in half and then you have to pay £3.99 for the second half. So this is false advertising - you don't get 30 tips. Or the 21 day bit. Avoid.
