Even though I am only 11 I have a bunch of mental struggles. And this app has helped me through. It gives you a wide range of affirmations that you can scroll through. And have a pretty background and be able to focus on certain topics. I highly recommend this app

I found this app during a dark time where I have been questioning life decisions. My healthcare job that is stressful and our fertility struggles. I get the positive affirmations throughout the day that allow me to just breathe. I read each one and can actually smile. I am thankful that I found this app to help me.

This app is so uplifting. I find myself using this app more and more the longer I have it. The affirmations automatically send at different times of the day. I get a few in the morning and then I get a couple more in the evening.
