Too much clutter
Need to create a setting to toggle off and on AFLW content when looking at the News tab
AFLW unsubscribe
There is no way to sync my teams games into my iOS calendar, so I am forced to look these up using you app. However when I load the AFL app I am forced to see news about AFLW which is completely no interest. AFLW has its own app, so and a separate section within this app. Please have users the option to 1. Subscribe to their teams calendar and finals; and 2. Unsubscribe from the women’s game completely.

Stop using AI images for articles
This has been a great source for a long time, but it’s going downhill with the rise of LLMs doing the work. You’ve got so many great photos of players and coaches, please stop using AI to make images of the players for articles. I’m going to stop reading any articles that don’t have real photos until then.

Video doesn’t work on iPad
I’ve used this app for years, recently when I open a video it goes to an entirely blank, black screen and then the video loads and I can hear the audio bit no visual shows up. Sometimes if I minimise the screen I get a small window of video but not often. This is on a standard iPad, not connected to any 2nd screen or projector, it’s just the iPad.

Less and less afl is shown on free air tv so might as well give up now watching it

Already a below average UX but surely having game details like time played/time left to play and which quarter they’re in would be essential - this can’t be found in the app at all anymore, let alone the match tab. This key info has been removed in the latest update, absolute joke. I hope it’s a mistaken oversight or just rage bait but don’t recommend updating if you want to see critical game details.

Match Clock gone
The main reason I used to look at this app was to see the score and what qtr with how long left. That is not gone and I this app is useless to me. Absolutely terrible decision.
