Aplicación inoperable

Intente de mil formas y con diferentes modelos de tel, borrando y cargando nuevamente la aplicación y no pude generar el certificado de vivencia. Nunca reconoce la imagen. La pena es que tampoco responden al correo que figura la aplicación por que comunicarse con el toll free es casi imposible. Lo contradictorio es que si reconoce la huella digital, eso debería bastar para el trámite .

Ayuda! Problema con fotos de vivencia

No funciona el sistema de vivencia, no acepta o procesa ninguna foto y ya tome 20 o más siguiendo las instrucciones.

A la persona que haya creado esta aplicación despídanla!!!

Esta aplicación tiene un lugar solamente que es la basura. No sirve en verificación de vivencia y tienes que tomar fotos 20 veces y más con resultado negativo. Si le pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo hiciera!!!

Muy mala aplicación

Les recomiendo desinstalar la aplicación y volver a instalar. Eso resolvió mi problema después de haber tratado de hacer el control de vivencia muchas veces. También parece que debes usar wifi.
