Very disappointing experience with Africa World Airlines.
At the airport, I was informed that due to excess cargo, my checked luggage might not travel with me. I was then asked to continue to Kumasi and wait indefinitely for my luggage to be sent later, with no clear timeline or assurance.
This is completely unacceptable. Passengers should not be put in a situation where they have to travel without certainty about their belongings. There was no prior communication about this, and I was not given the opportunity to make an informed decision.
The handling of this situation was very unprofessional and inconvenient. I expected better organization and customer care.
I would advise others to be cautious when flying with this airline, especially if you are traveling with important luggage.
