I’ve tried several times to get into the app, after downloading it (using the IPhone X) however, when you click on it to open it doesn’t.

I just purchased this app and it will not open on my iPhone 14.

i had this emoji back in middle 2000s when i found it for FREE about 5 yrs ago you started charging now you bring it back as free
you download it and it's the same when you started charging. MEANING: you can download it but it won't load. why can WE have anything that works and NOT have people trying "to get over?"
