When you drop off your car for shipment, it can stay there for up to 2 months before loading. When you try to ask of the status of your car, they will keep telling you it’s in transit meanwhile it is still in their warehouse. And when it has left, you won’t be informed. Then when it finally gets to Lagos after 3months, they will delay the seaway bill causing you to pay demurrage if you choose to clear the car by yourself.
