Gone to hell in a hand basket
Started off well but service has gone downhill. Orders always way longer than they say. Customer service no longer respond in chat and are generally insincere…will pretend to acknowledge your issue and proceed to do exactly nothing about it. After many years using them I’m uninstalling the app

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Took 2 hours to bring the food. Food arrived cold. No customer service help just saying “sincere apologies”. DO NOY USE THIS APP OR SERVICE !

Avoid at all costs
Ordered a pizza through them and it arrived 2 hours later, cold as ice and rock hard. Customer service was talkative but wholly ineffective. Your best bet is calling debonairs or Pizza Hut. Don’t waste your money or your time on this clown of a company.
