About

Remember how you have been feeling after stopping hormonal birth control. Track a few things that matter to you, compare your recorded weeks, and bring a clear record to a conversation. Post Pill organizes your observations around the date you stopped the pill or another hormonal method. No account. Your record stays on your iPhone unless you choose to export it. A FEW TAPS TO START Choose your method and stop or removal date, then pick one to three things to record: mood, sleep quality, skin, energy, headache, libido, or cramps. Tap the values that fit today and see your first dated check-in immediately. Notes are optional. You can start with a known future date, too. SEE WHAT CHANGED IN YOUR RECORD Your next check-in compares with your previous entry. After check-ins on three days within a seven-day window, open your first recap for free. See how often you recorded each value, how much of the week you recorded, and the entries behind the recap. COMPARE YOUR OWN WEEKS As you record more weeks, see which values appeared more or less often in your entries, with both weeks’ counts side by side. After three weekly recaps, see a growing transition summary and prepare a selected report. These are descriptions of your observations, with visible gaps and source counts. The app does not predict what will happen next or explain what caused a change. KEEP THE DETAILS THAT MATTER Add bleeding or spotting, medication or supplement changes, pregnancy tests, illness, travel, stress, or other context beside the relevant day. Correct dates and entries whenever you need to. Three or four check-ins a week is a useful rhythm; there are no daily streaks or missing-day penalties. REVIEW BEFORE YOU SHARE Choose dates, signals, notes, and context for a CSV or PDF. Read the PDF before sharing it. Export, correction, archive, and deletion remain available. There is no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or community. Records do not sync between devices; export anything you want to keep elsewhere. START FREE. CHOOSE MORE WHEN IT HELPS. Check-ins, context, the first recap, comparisons with your previous check-in, and basic CSV/PDF exports stay free. A 14-day in-app preview starts after your first saved check-in. It requires no payment and does not automatically subscribe you. During the preview, new insights become available as you record enough entries. The full transition summary requires three weekly recaps and generally arrives after the preview. An optional monthly auto-renewing subscription continues new weekly comparisons, the growing summary, and new synthesized reports. The price is shown before purchase. Previously available results and your records remain accessible if you stop subscribing. Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are available in the app. For adults who have already decided to stop hormonal birth control. This is a personal record, not contraception, fertility prediction, diagnosis, symptom assessment, medical advice, or guidance about starting, stopping, or switching a method.
