False Ban on a Returning Player
I came back to Agar.io after about two years because I wanted to play again, but I was immediately greeted with a permanent ban for allegedly using hacks or bots. I’ve never used hacks, bots, or cheats, and I honestly wouldn’t even know how. It was frustrating to return after so long only to be banned without any explanation or chance to play. If this was a mistake, I hope the developers review their anti-cheat system and make the appeal process easier for legitimate players.

Ads and old account
I haven’t played this game in years. But when I did, I was one of the best. I would play this game for hours on end, and had a ton of fun doing it. Now that I try to get back into my account, it won’t let me. So all the money I put in, all the rare skins that I collected, my Level 85+ account, are all gone, and now I have to play a guest account with nonstop ads.
It’s been about a month since writing this message out and now my guest account has been banned for cheating. I’ve never cheated the entire time I’ve played this game. This is absolutely tragic… no wonder ppl don’t know about this game anymore.
I CANT EVEN PUT IN A HELP REQUEST and now that the second guest account is active, I HAVE TO PAY TO GET RID OF ADS AGAIN!!! The developers of this game are absolutely insane and I’ll never be playing it again. I’ll cherish the good memories.

The game is fun still but there’s bots and every time I join a party it doesn’t put me to that server

I've been playing agar.io for the past 4 years now and had no issues until this year and last year. I cannot describe my frustration to the people who use bots and to the moderators. So many people have been paying for bots so they can takeover easily. These bot make matches unfair, ruin the competitive experience, it has become very common to encounter players using bots.
What is especially frustrating is that there doesn't seem to be enough action take against these account. This gives the impression that moderation is either inactive or unable to keep up with the issue.
