Don’t bother

I don’t know if this is the worst app I’ve ever tried, but it’s close. Even tried following the online instructions from my laptop without any luck. I’d pass it over until they can get it figured out.

It’s a start

I’m not a 100% sure the point of the app. Is it intentionally missing basic features? I can search for all the books. I only need one and there’s no favorite button or stored books tab? I love the quality of the pictures vs what I normally get online. Super easy to search and zoom in and out. However, my MF 5711 book for china so far has only some pictures and has not show a parts list yet. Found another book that’s not on the website, that does have a parts list and works well.

Dealer got me set up pretty quick with the login so that’s nice.

Worst app I’ve ever seen it doesn’t work

Absolutely useless. I have a log in and password which works fine if I log in through the normal website. I downloaded this app and tried to log in with the same username and password and it constantly says they are invalid. What a total waste of time which just goes to prove my point that technology does not improve or benefit life. I don’t understand why Agco make it so difficult for customers to buy parts from them!?

Not worth the time

Downloaded app to find you need to ask a dealer to get login for different agco brands and you can’t get one login for all agco you have to ring up all the different agco dealers to get many logins Massey fendt ect ...It took me weeks to get Massey login now I’m after fella to which there is no dealer ...this will take far to much time to sort out so I will be deleting this app now .

Ridiculous that you have to have a dealer provided login credentials. Does Agco really want sell their parts or just keep them for themselves??

No option to log on as a guest.

This app doesn’t have the “log on as a guest” that the website has. This makes it useless for the home shop repairs that I wanted it for.

Garbage

Trying to find parts on their website runs you in circles. Downloaded the free app and now I need an f’n dealer to unlock it! Glad 90% of my stuff is Deere. You can find anything on there site.

Useless unless dealer supports

Was informed by dealer when I requested username “we do not participate in anything like that” so I deleted app...Sure wish there was another way of getting username

Handy

Nice tool to build parts lists quickly in the field and to clarify parts needs with customers. Needs to have auto-login option (or Touch ID capability) and needs to have the model database updated to current (new) machines. Missing MF2600H, 4600M, Global, CH1000 series machines.

The new product Machine Series you reference are available in the App. They can be found by searching for the individual model numbers. Doesn't work!!

This app sounded like it would really be helpful when we needed to repair equipment in the field. I contacted my agco dealer for user name and password. I've tried several times using them to login and in different locations, but it won't let me login to use this app. It'll be quicker driving home to get our parts book than not being able to get this app to work.

Sorry to hear you have had a poor experience with the App. To access books in off-line mode there are 2 steps to take: 1. Download the books while connected. 2. Remain logged in. You books will then be available from within the App in the field when not connected. If you still have questions please contact us at AGCOAnswers@AGCOcorp.com.

Need to iron out the bugs

App does not maintain log-in as stated, also experiences frequent crashes, for instance when selecting the 'i' icon in a part listing. All this after waiting 6 months to get a log-in activated. Needs improvement.

Nice app but needs improvement

I like the app but the login is ridiculous. The app logs you out way to often during the course of the day.
Not all of the Agco books are in the app. There are no AC or Gleaner books here along with many others. Current production combines are not available here. Not a bad system but ages behind the other brands right now.

Sorry to hear you have had a poor experience with the App. Here are some tips that may help you. You can remain logged in as long as your App is left open or running in the background. The App contains all parts books associated to current production combines and older machinery (i.e. Gleaner, Ag-Chem, etc.). Ensure when you are searching by model enter the complete model number.
