When trying to delete an inspection

Cannot find app in Mozambique

Please add Tech Connect to app store for Mozambique. My technician cannot find the app on his phone using an account from Mozambique.

He can see most AGCO apps but not this one.

Have to use laptop

App crashes and doesn’t save pdi after you press the save button

Extremely poor app

Apps crashes constantly, fails to open and requires reinstalling.

Terrible

Terrible app. When attempting to log in it asks you for a “one time” password sent via email. Close app and open email to retrieve said “one time” password and the app asks you to log in again therefor requiring a new “one time” password. This happens everytime despite having logged in on this device multiple times before. This leaves it impossible to log in without another device on hand to access emails.

Notification sound

Doesn’t matter what setting are turned, app will send a sound when receiving a new notification. This on a IOS.

Unsearchable database

How is it that a search function was not included in this app? It is in no way helpful or convenient to scroll through hundreds of knowledge objects looking for information related to a specific problem. Completely ridiculous.

Poor!

Crashes constantly! Mid way through a PDI form or looking through support requests and it crashes for fun! Search engine is sub standard when looking for knowledge objects! Shows you everything except what your looking for. Annoying as this would be fantastic for technicians if it actually worked !

Ap is quite unstable, ive had to erase and reinstall 3 times this week

Worked good until last update for app now it won't let me access incidents just kicks me out of app

Need update

1. App keeps crashing since the last update.
2. Impossible to submit an issue correctly. We always got the error "Saved but could not synchronize with AGCO server.

Notifications

Please change so only my incidents are sent to my device. When all dealership notifications are sent it is very overwhelming.
